From the first home visit to the final clean, one Essex Home project manager runs the whole job under one contract.

Design consultation
Your designer visits your home, measures the room, checks services and structure, and listens to how you cook and live.

A measured survey and a clear brief

Design with 3D visualisations
We design your kitchen and present it in 3D so you can walk through it before anything is ordered. Revisions are part of the process.

Plans, elevations and photorealistic visuals

Final quotation
A fixed, itemised quotation that shows exactly what is included: cabinetry, worktops, appliances and every trade.

One document, one price, no hidden extras

Installation
Our own fitters and trades work to a written programme managed by one project manager. Typical installations take two to four weeks.

A schedule, daily updates and a tidy site

Completion and handover
We snag, clean and walk you through your kitchen. Our ten-year installation guarantee and appliance registrations are handed over in writing.

Under one contract
Every trade your kitchen needs, managed by us
Each item below is priced in your quotation and scheduled by your project manager. You never have to find, brief or pay a separate tradesperson.
Design and project management
Survey, design, 3D visuals, ordering, programme and one point of contact throughout.
Strip-out and removal
Careful removal of the existing kitchen, appliances, flooring and tiles, and licensed waste disposal.
Structural alterations
Removing walls, forming openings and installing steels with engineer calculations and building control sign-off.
Electrics
New circuits, sockets, lighting, appliance connections, consumer unit upgrades and NICEIC certification.
Plumbing and gas
Water, waste and gas relocated to suit the design. Gas Safe registered engineers.
Plastering
Walls and ceilings made good, boarded and skimmed ready for decoration.
Flooring
Porcelain tiles, engineered wood or LVT, laid before cabinets so the floor runs under everything.
Cabinetry installation
Cabinets fitted, levelled and scribed to the room by our own time-served fitters.
Worktops
Laser templated after cabinets are fitted. Stone, timber and solid surface installed by specialists.
Appliances
Supplied, installed and commissioned, with warranties registered on your behalf.
Decorating
Walls, ceilings and woodwork prepared and painted to finish the room.
Snagging and handover
Final inspection with you, adjustments made, the room cleaned and your guarantee issued.

One contract. One project manager. One number to call.
When something needs sorting, and on a building project something always does, it is our problem to sort. Not yours, and not a subcontractor's.
Before
A fixed quotation that shows everything
Cabinets, worktops, appliances and every trade, itemised. If it is not on the quotation, you will not be asked to pay for it.
During
A programme you can hold us to
A written schedule before we start, daily updates from your project manager, and a site left tidy every evening.
After
A ten-year guarantee and a company that answers
Our installation guarantee covers the whole project, including the trades. We come back after a month to check and adjust.
